At epceng, we believe in transparency and building strong relationships with our clients. That's why we have a clear and straightforward payment structure for our structural engineering services.

Our Standard Payment Schedule:

30% Initial Payment: Upon signing the contract, we collect a 30% initial payment to begin work on your project.
40% Payment upon Completion of Bill of Quantities: Once we have completed the detailed design of the steel structure and provided you with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for material ordering, we will invoice you for an additional 40% of the project fee.
30% Final Payment upon Project Delivery: After finalizing the project's detailed design and delivering all necessary documents, we will invoice you for the remaining 30% of the agreed-upon fee.

Minimum Initial Payment

For projects with a total cost (excluding VAT) of less than €10,000, the upfront payment will be the full project cost. This ensures that we are able to cover the initial project costs and resources required to deliver quality work efficiently.

Parking Optimization Services
Many projects have significant potential for increasing the number of available parking spaces. Through strategic adjustments to structural elements and improvements in parking flow, we can significantly enhance parking capacity.

Our fee for this service is 2800 euros (exc. TVSH) for each additional parking space gained. And if nothing is gained you dont have to pay a dime.
